Abstract
결론
顎矯正手術의 比重이 增加함에 따라, 向後 顎矯正治療에 있어서의 全般的인 特性에 관한
理解를 돕고, 보다 나은 治療의 方向을 設定하는데 重要한 指漂를 세우고자 1991年 1月 1日
부터 1995年 12月 31日까지 最近(최근) 5年間 全北大學校病院 口腔顎顔面外科에서 顔貌變形
症으로 因해 矢狀分割骨切斷術을 받은 患者 189名, 그리고 手術 後 外來 追後 管理에 따른
臨床記錄狀態가 良好한 患者 38名을 對象으로 各各 臨床統計學的 分析을 通해 다음과 같은
結論을 얻었다.
1. 手術患者의 男女比는 1:1.33이었으며, 年齡別 分布는16∼25歲가 73.6%를 차지하였고 手術
時 平均 年齡은 20.4歲였다.
2. 手術 時 下顎骨片移動量은 後方 移動 時 6∼15mm가 84..6%, 前方 移動 時 1∼10mm가
89%를 차지하였고, 平均 移動量은 後方移動 時 9.0mm, 前方移動 時 3.6mm로 나타났다.
3. 術後 骨片固定方法別 分類에서는 堅固固定群이 62.4%로 鋼線固定群에 比해 높게 나타났
고, 固定裝置 除去 後 ROM의 回復은 男女사이에 統計的으로 유의한 差異는 없었으며, 固定
期間이 짧은 堅固固定群이 鋼線固定群과 比較 時 3週(P<0.05), 8週, 12週 各各 (P<0.01)에서
ROM의 回復에 有利하였다.
4. 手術方法에 따른 ROM의 評價에서 1週(P<0.05), 2週, 3週, 4週, 6週, 8週, 12週 各各
(P<0.01)에서 矢狀分割骨切斷術群이 上下顎(상하악) 同時移動 術群보다 ROM의 回復에 有
利하였다.
5. 下顎骨片의 移動方向에 따른 ROM의 評價는 後方移動群의 境遇, 術前 ROM과 比較 時
術後 3個月에 80.3%, 前方移動群에서는 術後 3個月에 82.3%의 團復을 보였으며, 前方移動과
後方移動群에서의 ROM의 유의한 差異는 없었다.

Recently, combined with social complexity, increment of medical demand and supply
and the change of esthetic category, admission and operation of the patients of facial
deformity have been with annual change. This study was conducted in the concept of
helping the overall character of orthognathic surgery in future understand and being an
important index in the establishment of better treatment course, through the patient, on
whom was operated orthognathic surgery via sagiattal split ramal osteotomy in our
Dept. of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Chonbuk National University Hospital from 1991.

The results were obtained as follows.
1. The ratio of male to female 1:1.33 and the ages between 16 and 25 years was 73.6%,
and the mean age was 20.4 years.
2. The ratio of setback amount between 6 to 15mm was 84.6% and the advancement
amount between 1 to 10mm was 89% and the mean amount of movement was 9.0mm in
setback, and 3.6mm in advancement
3. After removal of maxillomandibular fixation(MMF), the distinction of sex was not
statistically significant in ROM
4. The ROM following methods of fixation was statisticallty significant in 3rd(P<0.05)
with faster rehabilitation in rigid fixation which had shorter MMF period.
5. The rehabilitation of ROM following the operation methods was statistically
significant in 1st(p<0.05), 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th, and 12th week(each P<0.01) with fater
rehabilitation in the case of SSRO than Lefort I/SSRO(two jaw surgery)
6. The rehabilitation of ROM following direction of mandibular movement did not
manifest a statically significant difference in both setback and advancement
